  1. Residents of which countries can submit the Money Back form?
    Money back offer is available to residents of the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain and must be over 18+ years of age
  2. I bought Whiskas food a year ago. Do I qualify for Money back offer?
    Product needs to be purchased between 01/03/2019 and 15/05/2019 in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.
  3. When can I submit the form?
    Claims must be received within the period of 01/03/2019 and 15/05/2019 in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.
  4. Can I submit multiple forms?
    Maximum one claim (for one qualifying WHISKAS® product, detailed below) per household is allowed.
  5. Is there a minimum or maximum amount I should spend?
    Minimum purchase of the value of 10 AED per item (or equivalent value) to be eligible for refund and 50 AED (or equivalent) as maximum value for refund.
  6. Which documents do I need?
    You will need the actual till receipt, picture of bar code, production and expiry dates on the packaging and your valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  7. Can I apply for a refund on any Whiskas product?

  8. Where do I need to go to claim the money?
    Once the claim has been verified as eligible for a refund a member of our team will contact the consumer directly to make the necessary arrangements for the payment to be paid directly to the consumer. Consumers in the UAE must contact Total Advertising LLC on 04-352-2335 to collect their refund amount in Bur Dubai, Medic Building, 5th floor, Suite 503, Bank Street (office timings from 9am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday).
    Consumers in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain markets will receive their refund amount (in local currency) through money transfer once their request has been validated and confirmed they are eligible for the refund.

  11. Do I need to bring the Whiskas food packaging with me to receive the refund?
    You will need the actual receipt, picture of bar code from the purchased product, production and expiry date and your valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  12. Can I still get a refund if I am missing one document?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund if you are not able to provide all of the required documents.

  1. Money back offer is available to residents 18+ of the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
  2. Product needs to be purchased between 01/03/2019 and 15/05/2019 in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait.

  5. Consumers should fill the form online and upload a photo of the original receipt, picture of BAR Code, production and expiry date to be qualified for refund.
  6. Once the claim has been verified eligible for refund then the consumer will be contacted by the members of our team to make the arrangements for the payment. Consumers in the UAE must contact Total Advertising LLC on 04-352-2335 to collect their refund amount in Bur Dubai, Medic Building, 5th floor, Suite 503, Bank Street (office timings from 9am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday).
  7. Consumers in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar & Bahrain markets will receive their refund amount (in local currency) through money transfer once their request has been validated and confirmed they are eligible for the refund. The consumer will need to go to the specified location with the actual receipt, picture of bar code, production and expiry date and their valid photo ID or Passport to receive the refund.
  8. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued directly to the registered customer who purchased the product, who has to claim the refund in person, and provide all the documents required.
